1. Acceptance
By creating an Acre account or using the Acre service ("Acre", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Acre does
Acre is an AI-powered marketing tool for real estate professionals. It generates marketing copy — captions, scripts, emails, ads, outreach — from listing information you provide. Acre does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Acre to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringes intellectual property, or violates fair housing laws or MLS rules. You're responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of listing information you submit and the marketing content Acre generates for you, subject to your responsibility to review it for accuracy and compliance.
6. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Free-plan limits may change as the product evolves. We'll give reasonable notice of material pricing changes.
7. AI-generated content disclaimer
AI output may contain inaccuracies. You must review every piece of generated content for factual accuracy, MLS rules, brokerage rules, and fair housing compliance before publishing.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Acre is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using Acre at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
